I am Nicole Martres, a circus artist specialized in handstands, contortion, and hair hanging. I began my athletic path with artistic gymnastics at the age of six. During my teenage years, I left competitive sport to study dance and theater, and discovered circus arts when I was 15.

After three years practicing circus as a hobby, I pursued professional training at the Centre Régional des Arts du Cirque in Lille, France (2018–2021). Since then, I have been working as a professional circus artist across Europe, collaborating with companies in France, the Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, and beyond.

In 2023, I joined Cirque La Putyka in Prague for the creation Rest in Euphoria, which has been performed in 2023, 2024, and early 2026. I toured Switzerland with Circus Monti in 2024 and performed in Monti's Varieté in winter 2025. I have also collaborated with companies and projects such as La Main de l'Homme, La Malagua, Cirque du Grand Lyon, Compagnie AMA, Cie des Elles, Collectif d'Équilibristes, among others, and performed internationally in venues including FIRCO Madrid (2023), the National Theatre of Prague (2022), and Le Monastère in Montreal (2025).
